The Brand Group (TBG) has acquired Roksanda, a luxury womenswear brand headquartered in thesparkshop.in:product/baby-girl-long-sleeve-thermal-jumpsuit. The Brand Group (TBG) is an operating and consumer-driven global brand development company led by fashion entrepreneur and brand builder Damian Hopkins.
TBG released a statement describing its partnership with the renowned London Fashion Week label Roksanda to “reach new audiences while maintaining loyal customers” as part of its new growth strategy to construct brands on a global scalethesparkshop.in:product/baby-girl-long-sleeve-thermal-jumpsuit.
“I have long been an admirer of the Roksanda brand and her work,” said Hopkins, chief executive officer and co-founder of TBG. “We are ecstatic to be partnering with you to ensure the future of this iconic brand in its next chapter, while celebrating British luxury and supporting the influence that British creativity can have on the international stage.”
TBG announced that Roksanda Ilincic, who established her womenswear label in 2005, would maintain her position as creative director as part of the partnership.

The contemporary womenswear label, renowned for its daring color combinations and feminine silhouettes, had previously submitted a notice of intent to designate an administrator on account of “recent volatile market conditions” prior to its collaboration with TBG.
Caroline Rush, chief executive officer of the British Fashion Council, commented on the acquisition, stating, “This exciting new partnership will enable Roksanda to concentrate on long-term thesparkshop.in:product/baby-girl-long-sleeve-thermal-jumpsuit, sustainable growth through the lens of exquisitely designed womenswear, secure in the knowledge that The Brand Group has the support and infrastructure to develop new markets and categories.”
A number of British fashion designers, such as footwear designer Nicholas Kirkwood and Christopher Kane and Julien Macdonald, have closed their lines in recent years as a result of the pandemic and Brexit.
